How will my driver contact me?
Our logistics team will message you via WhatsApp 24 hours before your scheduled transfer to confirm the details.
On the day of arrival, your driver will wait in the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name. They will also WhatsApp you directly to help you locate them easily.
What kind of vehicle will we get?
We use Toyota Hiace vans or similar, which are spacious, modern, and air-conditioned—ideal for groups of 5–10 passengers with plenty of luggage space.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle, not per person. The cost covers your entire group for a one-way transfer.
Can you accommodate surfboards, strollers, or large luggage?
Yes! The Hiace has ample luggage space. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing oversized items so we can plan accordingly.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If there’s a delay, your pick-up time will be adjusted automatically. Just ensure we have your correct flight number when booking.
Do you offer return transfers?
Yes! Return transfers are available. You can book both ways in advance or arrange your return trip later by contacting us.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
